Comedy
Seminar - there will a panel from the world of comedy, this seminar is designed to give students and guests a chance to learn
about comedy first hand from the experts and hear how they got started in the unique world of comedy.
1:30pm-3:30pm: the Finalists from the statewide
colleges will perform their 5 minute routine before 3 celebrity comedy judges. Finalists will be judged in four
areas; material, originality, stage presence and audience reaction.
3:30pm-4:00pm: Dinner Break (Two Dinner Vouches will be given to ALL PERFORMERS to eat at the food court)
4:00pm-6:00pm: Completion of any and all contestants, followed by short comedy performances by the 3 celebrity judges.
The presentation of the Good Humor Award to the student winner who will be crowned the New Jersey King or Queen
of Campus Comedy of the 4th Annual New Jersey Comedy Festival. Induction of Rich Vos into the New Jersey
Comedy Hall of Fame, Rich Vos joins Vinnie Brand, Jerry Lewis and Mike Marino into the NJ Comedy Hall of Fame. Final ceremonies
and VIP party.
